Kollel Shomrei HaChomot of Österreich -Ungarin in Jerusalem sold the rights of residence in a two-room apartment, including the rights to use the water cistern, basement and neighborhood synagogue. The buyer's rights are based on eight conditions that are printed here. After the donor's death, the apartment returns to the Kollel so that it can continue renting the apartments to support its members.
