To the aliyah committee in Austria.

I know about Binyamin Kharozovsky and his girlfriend as Saalfelden and I have come to recommend to you and ask you for permission for his direct and scattered immigration, which is given in special cases. 

As a person who has known him and his family since my youth, I am qualified to testify that he indeed deserves this:

1. As an activist in the field of Hebrew education, Zionist work and a pioneer from his youth.

2. As a man, who remained on his watch even during the underground period, he and his father (the chairman of the

Zionist party in the city) were deported to Siberia for that, therefore the father, the late, was lost as a prisoner of

Zion.

3. As a brother of a female soldier in the Hebrew Brigade, Hana Rozovsky, who also served faithfully.

4. As a man, whose family is complete, what is left for him as remains - a sister and an old mother - is in Israel and it is also

time for him to come to end his wanderings and as soon as possible.
